At The Garden Gates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location; please note that oversized garden items may require a scheduled freight pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
